Return Policy

EXCHANGE OR CREDIT ONLY
Inkwell Modern Handmade Boutique & Letterpress Studio Inc. (Inkwell Originals) will exchange or provide store credit (excluding final sale items listed in the following paragraph) for the full purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) with receipt within 14 days after in store or online purchase.

Inkwell Originals does not accept returns on final sale items, including: gift certificates and gift cards, custom printed orders, framed artwork and seasonal or discounted merchandise.

To be eligible for an exchange or credit, the item must be unused, in the same saleable condition and original packaging (if applicable) as when it was purchased. Depending on your place of residence, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If an item is received in damaged condition or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can correct the situation. Return postage for the damaged or wrong item will be covered by Inkwell Originals.

PRODUCT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please do not return the item to the manufacturer.

The package must be postmarked within 14 days of online purchase. Please include a copy of your receipt for proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for any returned item, (except in the case of a damaged item or wrong item received). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
